Karlene K. Webster

Karlene worked for the Navy and Secretary of Defense for 11 years in Public Affairs. She then moved on to International Development for 16 yrs, working in 15 countries designing projects for Street Children and gangs. Upon her retirement here in the Valley, she has volunteered at the Catholic Outreach Thrift Store and on the Hotline. Karlene is the President of the Catholic Outreach. My heart is closest to the poor and suffering.
