We've set aside some time for us to get together and prepare for a stress free holiday. Join us for some fun after work with friends.

TJ Davis, owner of The Grey Lotus Yoga Studio, will share her Holiday Vinyasa Stress Reduction Class with us. The class is a 25 minute yoga routine (all an all over light cardio routine), followed by a short demonstration of some mindful breathing and meditation aimed at keeping your holidays stress and guilt free.

Heather Silvious from Happenings will provide a veggie tray and dip. Wine, beer, and water bottles provided by the Chamber.
