Jane Oates, President of Working Nation, will speak on the topic of the Future of the Jobs Market in View of Advancing Technology. She will present her insights into Shenandoah County's particular needs as well as presenting a broader picture.

Ms Oates was an Assistant Secretary of Labor and served as Senator Ted Kennedy's Senior Policy Advisor for a decade.
