Where is the Sip & Savor: Tea, Coffee, Chocolate, & Wine Festival located?

The festival will take place indoors at American Celebration on Parade at 397 Caverns Rd., Quicksburg, Va. 22847. We are approximately 2 hours from Washington D.C. and 1.5 hours from Charlottesville, VA.
There's so much to do in the Valley - We invite you to stay for the weekend at our Lodging Host: Hampton Inn & Suites Woodstock

Is parking available?

Yes, free parking galore!

Accessibility?

The Sip & Savor Festival is ADA compliant. The event offers accessible parking, smooth pathways, and even surfaces. For any questions regarding accessibility please email us here.

Am I required to purchase tickets online?

General Admission Tickets are encouraged to be bought online, but tickets will be sold at the door for additional fee. There is limited seating for VIP Ticketholders. Please see our TICKETS page for more information.

How to enjoy the Tea Party?

There are two Tea Party Seatings: 11am-12:30pm or 1:30pm-3pm. Tea Party Seatings are available with the purchase of a VIP ticket ONLY. Please see our ACTIVITIES page for more information.

Can I Volunteer?

Yes! That would be great! VolunTEAS will be compensated with free admission, a gift, and our genuine appreciation.
The 4 hour shifts run from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm or from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
We need volunteers for:
Working information/admission area
Introducing and aiding workshop presenters
Help with tea parties

What payment methods are accepted?

Most vendors will be prepared to accept Credit Cards and cash.

Can I leave the festival and return later in the day?

Absolutely. Show your stamp or wristband to re-enter.

Is there a rain date?

The festival will take place rain or shine.

Do I need to bring my I.D?

There will be wine tasting available. We will be checking I.D.s at the door along with assigning wristbands.
