• A donation will be accepted from vendors at the event (made payable to Shenandoah County Chamber)
• Set up - Sat, Oct 26 beginning at 8am.
• Encouraged to have an interactive activity 
• Provide a "healthy" treat for the attendees - we will tie in marketing to the Town of Woodstock's Halloween on Court Square and encourage the community to trick or treat with us
• Tables and chairs will be provided
