President/CEO, Sharon Baroncelli 

Sharon started as the Chamber's Executive Director in January 2017 and was promoted to President/CEO in July of 2019. Working with the Board she has increased the Chamber's membership to over 500 members, introduced new Councils and programming for the membership, and strengthened partnerships with the community, County and Town governments, and elected officials.

Administrative Assistant, Cyndy Walsh

Cyndy has been active in the nonprofit community for over a decade. She spends much of her time volunteering in the        schools with activities with which her daughters are involved, especially CHS Music Boosters. Although much of her time    has been focused on public education, she also enjoys working with nonprofits from other sectors. Her professional            career included administrative positions on Capitol Hill, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the General Services                  Administration. Cyndy lives in Edinburg with her husband, Dan and her three daughters.

Community Engagement & Outreach Intern, Tom Neale

Tom joined the Chamber team in March 2024 through a joint internship with the towns of Toms Brook, Mount Jackson,      and the Chamber of Commerce. He recently graduated from James Madison University (JMU) with a Bachelor of                  Science in Public Administration. Tom graduated at just 19 years old! He is now working on his Master of Public                      Administration (M.P.A.) at JMU. Tom is from the Northern Neck of Virginia and has big plans for his future. You can              usually find Tom at the Chamber working hard. He spends his time organizing logistics, checking details, writing grants, and promoting county events.
