Ribbon Cutting for Jillian's Farmstead Kitchen

Jillian's menu offerings will include:

Scratch-made Sourdough breads; Fresh made sandwiches and salads, hot meals, soups, and brunch items throughout the week. 

Homemade frozen entrées and meals will also be available to order to enjoy with your family at home. 

Jillian's journey with cooking began at a young age, often spent in the kitchen alongside her grandmothers. She quickly learned the power of food to comfort and support in times of need—whether it was aiding someone recovering from surgery, welcoming a new baby, or consoling someone who had lost a loved one. In her family, they always rallied to provide several meals to offer assistance.

After graduating from Culinary School in Maryland, she found herself at a small-town bakery where she relished the familial atmosphere amongst both staff and customers. Eager to explore the managerial aspect of the culinary world, she transitioned to roles in management at a local retirement community and later at a university. Following a successful stint working up to General Manager at Fast Casual Concepts, she made the decision to become a stay-at-home mom.

Encouraged by the support of friends and family, she eventually turned her passion for cooking and love of sharing meals into a business venture.

It is with great honor that she now contributes to your cherished memories, offering a brief respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life—a meal to eagerly anticipate at the end of a long day. As her son fondly puts it, she cooks with a lot of love and butter!
