Got kids in local schools?  Come listen to Dr. Melody Sheppard speak about achievement levels of Shenandoah County students, address options for building new school facilities, and outline the impact of Federal cuts on funding to local school districts.

Take a break from your normal Saturday routine. Join the Community Forum on Saturday, June 28 in the back room of the Woodstock Brewhouse.  Dr. Sheppard will speak for about 30-40 minutes then take Q&A from the audience.  We'll conclude around 11:00 - plenty of time left for regular family Saturday time.

The event is free & the public is invited to attend. 

The Community Forum is a group of local citizens who are working to inform and educate our community about events/issues/opportunities in our local area (and sometimes beyond) which affect our community.  It is a non-partisan, free, grass-roots organization which does not require a membership and appreciates community input  for speakers and subjects. Join us on the fourth Saturday of every other month at the Woodstock Brewhouse.
