VDOT Rail with Trail Public Meeting

The meetings will begin with a brief presentation followed by an open-house format, with the study team available to answer questions about the information display boards.

Public feedback is critical in understanding the public’s perspective on estimated costs and overall considerations for ‘Rail with Trail’ and ‘Rail to Trail’ alternatives.

Feedback can be provided in many ways including in-person at the meetings, through a brief online survey that will be released in early April, or by contacting VDOT directly. A court reporter will be present at the meetings for oral comments. Submitted feedback has equal value whether shared at a meeting or through the online survey.
